Delivery of sessions
These are done through a range of medians, such as, drawing, paint, music, collage and photographs/pictures

CBT

What is CBT?

An intervention which, by developing a range of strategies, supports you to...

  • lower stress and anxiety

  • express and communicate effectively

  • become self-aware

  • self-regulate

  • recognise triggers and linked behaviours

  • deal with day to day problems and emotions

  • become solution focussed and set goals

Delivery of sessions
These can be face-to-face or on-line and linked closely with your day to day emotions and behaviours.

To reduce social and school based anxiety

To enable your child to return to school if appropriate

To allow your child to become self-aware and use strategies to develop good mental health

Sessions delivered by a qualified Headteacher/Special Needs teacher with over 20 years experience in Primary/Secondary and Special Educational Needs settings.

She is a qualified Level 7 Speech and Language Specialist and has 3 years counselling training which has included an Art Therapy and CBT Diploma.

Where and When?

  • Sessions will be delivered in your own home

  • Sessions will be an hour long.

Cost

The cost of a 1 hour session is £50
