Delivery of sessions
These can be face-to-face or on-line and linked closely with your day to day emotions and behaviours.

Sessions delivered by a qualified Headteacher/Special Needs teacher with over 20 years experience in Primary/Secondary and Special Educational Needs settings.
She is a qualified Level 7 Speech and Language Specialist and has 3 years counselling training which has included an Art Therapy and CBT Diploma.
Where and When?
